| Measurement of position and straightness |
The combination of the laser interferometer
with the CCD camera enables you to measure position and
straightness at one time. The movable reflector LS 21.1 is
connected with the CCD camera. The laser beam is divided into two
parts. The first of them goes to the reflector, the second is
used by the camera. The advantage is that you can measure
positioning accuracy and 2-axis straightness at one

The standard configuration of the LOS for position measurements
and the LS 130 straightness set is used. It is not possible to
use the semiconductor laser LS 12.
